The design process starts long before the drawings take shape. Your menu, your covers, your service flow, the margin you need per head — this is the substance that sets the room long before anything is chosen for how it looks. Because this is where the real cost of the project is set, and we resolve it before it ever reaches the page.

PLAN THE build.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION, JOINERY DETAILING AND ALL APPROVALS.

A builder can only price what's on the page. If the detailing is missing, the gaps get filled by someone who wasn't at the table when the design was resolved. So we draw it until there's nothing left to guess at — every junction resolved, every material specified and sourced, every dimension carried through from concept.

CREATE THE space.

PROCUREMENT, TRADE COORDINATION AND DELIVERY.

A set of drawings is not a finished venue. Between the last drawing and opening day sits a hundred small decisions that either protect your design or quietly erode it. This is where most studios hand over and hope. We don't hand over. We protect your design. Nothing is approved that wasn't drawn.
